How soon can we start?

Our aim is to accommodate your schedule. As we don’t use subs, we can adjust as needed when possible.
We only allow for a limited number of monthly jobs to ensure we meet our commitments.

I seen the Well Painted truck in the parking lot at Lowes. I knocked on the window and asked for a business card. Johnny gave me the card, and within a week Johnny was at my house with an estimate. Outstanding work and fantastic communication. Professional, courteous, and just a great company to be around. You got my vote !! We are so happy with the job, if you need painting done, contact them. I just recently had Well Painted of Central Florida paint the exterior of my home, along with a back wall that was apart of my neighborhood, after I don’t even know how many years and they did an amazing job! Johnny is responsive and communicates well, very thorough, and prices were reasonable. The team is timely, professional and tidy! Yes, our paint job was exceptional but more importantly, Johnny understands what it takes to run a customer focused, service oriented business. Would highly recommend Well Painted of Central Florida. They recently repainted the exterior of my home and did a wonderful job. I’m a retired construction manager, and not an easy customer to satisfy, but this company nailed it. Very professional in their approach, and they paid a lot of attention to the details. Communication (by text and in person) was excellent. They were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. (I received four quotes.) Good all-around experience working with them.

I have been in the customer service industry in one way or another for 30 years, so I know the difference between great, good, and not so good customer service. Johnny and his team are definitely in the great category. I found Johnny to be very respectful - didn't hound me after providing his quote. He was also open and honest about what his organization does vs. what they won’t do and provided good counsel to help me make the right decision. There was even an instance where I goofed and picked a color that was just too dark - Johnny and his team helped me correct this matter quickly, and with no hassle. And finally, this team got the job done in about three days and the work was professional.

Johnny and his team did awesome job of completing my house exterior painting. Johnny even helped me to choose a right color scheme from HOA’s approved ones. (I wanted to maintain my house’s existing color scheme to have a good match with newly installed roof shingles’ color. And it worked out perfectly at the end.) Once HOA approved my application, Johnny immediately arranged pressure washing on Friday. Edwin (Project Lead) and his team came on Monday to start Painting preps. By Friday, the painting job was completed. Edwin and his team demonstrated professionalism, attention to details, and quality works. I strongly recommend Well Painted of Central Florida!

Outstanding work! Johnny and the team of Well Painted of CFL painted the exterior of my home and sealed my pavers. Johnny is responsive and communicates well on every aspect of the project. I had a great experience working with Well Painted! Johnny the owner was very helpful and informative. He communicated well about the costs of the project. They got my job scheduled and completed timely and the workers were very professional and courteous of my home. I wasn’t entirely happy with the way the color I picked came out (not their fault, just the way it blended with my house) and they were willing to help me out if I wanted to change it. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Well Painted for your painting jobs!

Johnny and his crew were amazing and meticulous! They were responsive, professional, courteous and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with the paint job. I had many choices and once I met and spoke to Johnny my mind was made up immediately. He even came out to the property to check on the stucco work beforehand to make sure it was done to his highest expectations. His crew finished on time and completed a very thorough and well done paint job!

Johnny and his team were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Johnny was one of the only painters that actually came in person to walk the property with me to give me an accurate quote and answer my questions. He was very patient, thorough and honest. He was able to itemize the quote to give me options (including/excluding certain areas and the different paint quality options.)This was my first experience painting the exterior of any house and I was not really sure what color I wanted to go with, but he was able to recommend a professional colorist to come out and help me select a color. She was awesome and helped me pick the exact color I wanted. I’m very happy with the outcome!The only hassle was the unpredictable Florida weather. We had to reschedule several times due to rain, but each time Johnny was very communicative and apologetic even though the weather was out of everyone’s control.Overall, I am very happy with the team and the service they provided and I will use them again for any future painting.
